Welcome to the SSTW Employee App (the “App”), is a mobile application designed for employee transportation management, providing secure pickup and drop-off services through features like trip tracking, driver communication, location updates, and notifications.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard User information when you use the App, which is powered by TechGenzi Private Limited.
This Policy applies to all users of the App, including employees accessing trip details, tracking cabs, communicating with drivers, updating locations, and managing profiles. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
We are committed to protecting user data in compliance with:

This Policy applies to App users, including employees and covers:

This Policy does not cover unsolicited information provided by users or data handled by third parties outside our control.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, improve, and secure the App’s services. The types of information we collect fall into the following categories:
1.1 Personal Information
This includes data that identifies you as an individual:
Account Credentials: Username and password provided during login to access the App.
Profile Details: Full name (e.g., Lokithachand), employee ID (e.g., PDY-099), phone number (e.g., for calling drivers).
Location Preferences: Current address (e.g., Moolakulam, Puducherry, India), preferred pickup/drop-off locations, and updates to location data, which may require supervisor approval.
1.2 Trip and Usage Data
Information related to your transportation activities:
Trip Details: Trip ID (e.g., KA05SD9877), route (e.g., Loki route), trip type (e.g., pickup or drop), driver name (e.g., ARUNKUMAR), scheduled time/date (e.g., 20:12 on 2025-09-15), and real-time trip status (e.g., today’s trip or scheduled trips).
Tracking Data: Real-time location data when you use the “Track Your Cab” button, including GPS coordinates to monitor cab progress.
Communication Data: Messages sent via the message icon in trip cards, call logs (e.g., outbound calls to drivers), and SOS alerts triggered via the SOS button.
1.3 Notification Data
Push Notifications: Preferences for alerts (e.g., trip reminders, driver arrivals) and interaction data (e.g., marking notifications as read, navigating to the Read tab).
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, health information, or biometric data unless explicitly required for emergency features like SOS (e.g., location during distress).
Note: We minimize data collection to what is necessary. For example, location data is only accessed when you actively use tracking or update features.
1.4 Device & Usage Data
· Usage Logs: Actions like “Track Cab,” “Send Message,”.
· Location Data: Precise GPS for tracking/route management and safety; background tracking only during active trips.
· Camera Access: Only for QR code scanning; no images/videos are captured, stored, or shared.
Note: We do not collect financial, biometric, health, or special category sensitive data. Users under 18 are not permitted.
2. How We Collect Information
Directly from You: When you log in, update your profile, change your password, submit location preferences, send messages/calls, or trigger SOS.
Automatically: Via device sensors (e.g., GPS for location), app analytics (e.g., session duration), and integrated services (e.g., Google Maps for route visualization).
From Third Parties: Driver details (e.g., name, contact) from our transportation partners; supervisor approvals for location changes from your employer’s system.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver the App’s core features and enhance user experience:
Service Delivery: To authenticate logins, display trip cards (e.g., today’s and scheduled trips), enable cab tracking, facilitate driver communication (messages/calls), process location updates (with supervisor approval), and send notifications.
Safety and Security: To handle SOS alerts, verify identity during password changes, and monitor trip compliance.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that significantly affects you without human oversight.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share information only when necessary and with your implied consent through App usage:
Service Providers: With TechGenzi Private Limited (our backend provider) for hosting and processing; third-party services like Google for maps and telephony for calls.
Transportation Partners: Driver details and trip data with cab operators to coordinate pickups/drops.
Your Employer/Supervisor: Location updates and profile changes for approval.
Legal and Safety: To authorities in response to lawful requests (e.g., law enforcement for SOS incidents) or to protect rights/safety.
We do not sell your personal data. Sharing is limited to affiliates and partners bound by confidentiality agreements compliant with DPDPA/GDPR.

Settings: Disable location sharing, notifications, or tracking in settings.
